Remains, which have survived from the WWII, found in Limay, Bataan.The report was given by the Philippine coast Guard as a local diver discovered some World War II remains along the vicinity waters of the said town. Aurello Pascual, local diver, found the remains which include a 40-mm anti-aircraft vintage projectile with a diameter of 11.5 inches while scuba-diving along Barangay Lamao last Monday afternoon, about 30 meters from the Lamao Pier in the Municipality of Limay, Monday afternoon.
Pascual directly surrendered the remains in the Bataan Coast Guard Station for secure custody. [via mb.com.ph] |
