Before, Europe and America are the most visited destinations of international business cruise ships, but with the negotiations that are being made by Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) Investment with some foreign investors, this time Philippines will be one of their destinations.

Ronnie Yambao, manager of SBMA Investment, revealed the said information in a press conference held in Subic.

Royal Caribbean, Queen Elizabeth II, Costa Alegre and others are some of the big business cruise ships that are about to dock at the port harbour of Subic Bay for vacations or travel trips in the Philippines.

If the ongoing negotiations are to be signed, the cruise ships will start next year at Subic Bay.

Yambao said that Subic is now working to attract more tourists. They are about to start putting shopping mall and other commercial establishments.

These projects are already ongoing and once it would be finished and completed, local and foreign tourists will be attracted to it and will also offer more job opportunities to more Filipinos around the community. [via mb.com.ph]
