Ayala Land Premier, which caters to the high-end segment of the property sector, is offering 36 lots that give buyers the choice of either opting for a sea view or a mountain view in Anvaya Cove.

The second phase, which covers six hectares of the 320-hectare development, will allow buyers to choose a lot with a minimum size of 650 square meters to 1,000 square meters.

Bobby Dy, ALI senior vice president and head of Ayala Land Premier, said the lots will be sold at between P13,000 and P17,000 per square meter.

In addition, ALI president Antonino Aquino said plans for Anvaya Cove include development of water and sports facilities including golf facilities, spa complex, and restaurant. [via]
