The Influenza A (H1N1) virus has infected 18 more people in Central Luzon, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the region to 75 in less than a month, The Department of Health (DoH) said.

A DoH tally on Thursday recorded 32 cases in Bulacan province, 26 in Nueva Ecija province, eight in Pampanga province, six in Zambales province, two in Bataan province and one in Tarlac province.

The 18 new cases include six from Zambales, seven from Pampanga, and five from Bulacan, Doctor Rio Magpantay of the DoH said. [more details here]
