Education Scholars agreed that the major role of teachers is to facilitate learning. In fact, the word TEACHING has been defined as facilitation of learning. It clearly implies that the main concern of every teacher is the right application of teaching methods to make all learning experiences meaningful.

As teachers or as facilitator of learning, they must consider the learning style of each pupil. For no matter how attractive a teaching method is, it cannot help developing a learner unless a teacher was able to analyze the suitable learning style of each pupil. There are many Kinds of learning and learners with different learning styles that requires different Methods of teaching. Thus, the teacher should always consider the teaching method that should be applied in the learning situation to make teaching effective and beneficial to all pupils. All educators must bean in mind that if he wants to succeed in his chosen career, he must clearly understand and apply the right teaching approach to every lesson and every learner so as to facilitate learning.
