The Department of Education's Programs in Public School have been centered on improving teacher's competence. The Educational Congress, Conferences, Seminars, Trainings, workshops and even LAC Sessions, all aimed at providing the teachers with Skills and Knowledge to help them become better teachers Summing it up, the aim and focus of education is to produce competent teachers.

Even during Faculty meeting and Panel discussions, in all those affairs, the focus is always Centered in assisting the educators in their weaknesses and help them in the areas where they need assistance. Teachers were also given chances to pursue their Masteral and Doctoral degree for them to give Professionally and become great educators.

We need to help and improve the Competence of our teachers for them to be effective. In doing this, We will improve our Performance and our teaching - learning Condition will be changed.
