In this era where people rely much on modern technology and equipments, classroom teachers need to equip themselves with this gadgets and must have high knowledge for the development of their learners. If teachers desire that his pupils would become productive, he will do his best so as to acquire skills and competencies to respond the call of the time. Today, modern teachers play an important role in attaining quality education.

To adapt with the modern time, teachers today must be research-oriented because making researchers will improve the performance of the learners and it will also improve instruction. With the used of computers, current events and a lot of information worldwide can be browsed/read that will greatly help all the students in school. Thus, the modern teacher should make use of these modern technique in order to provide educational progress.

Modern teachers must also be resourceful, creative, active and efficient so he can be good example to his co-workers, pupils and to all the people in the community. Possessing all these qualities will result to school improvement.
