The DPWH will construct the new office building to take along the products of development to the rural area and to accelerate the infrastructure  plans of action in the Bataan's first district.

The first district is constituted of the northern towns of Bataan, namely, Abucay, Dinalupihan, Hermosa, Morong, Orani and Samal.

The main building will provide with living quarters the administrative, engineering and planning division offices. The new place in Orani will have a readily available supply of equipment.

Capability of producing a desired result with little waste of time or energy in the implementation is guaranteed by the new DPWH district office in Barangay Mulawin, Orani, Bataan.

Establishing the new DPWH district office building in Orani is a better decision due to strategic position of Orani among the towns of Bataan's first district. Orani is situated near the center of the first district and because of this, the travel distance to and from other towns of first district will be shortened.
