Three out of five of these projects are infrastructures for Bataan. These are the Bataan-Manila pipeline project, Bataan liquefied natural gas terminal project and Bagac-Mariveles road. Pipeline is a line of pipe with pumps, valves, and control devices for conveying liquids, gases of finely divided solids. It will be installed from Bataan to Manila that covers a distance of approximately 50 kilometers.

The other two projects for Central Luzon are the North Food Exchange (NFE) or the Bulacan north food terminal and Clark-Cabanatuan-Dingalan expressway project. This expressway starts in Pampanga, passes through Nueva Ecija and ends in Southern Aurora. It covers a distance of more than 100 kilometers.
