Aetas are known to be peace-loving people and it is no wonder that in several instances, they are dislocated or worse, driven away from their territories or natural habitat by some unscrupulous people. The ADSDPP will empower the IPs to assert their rights.

The government has already established primary schools in the 18 Aeta communities of Bataan, to ensure that basic education is provided to the IPs. Schools providing higher education for the cultural communities could still be opened in these areas depending on the plan being formulated for their needs, according to Dr. Rubiano.
