The City Tourism council of Balanga City itself organized this year’s pageant for Mutya ng Balanga. They are searching from twenty (20) lovely girls representing each barangay of the city. They already compete for the swimsuit competition last April 1, held at Tortugas Bay Park. And to present their talents and who’s best in casual wear, pre-pageant on April 23 at the City plaza will be open to the public to bet for their favorite candidate. The coronation night of Mutya ng Balanga 2006 will be held on April 26, 7:00 pm at the Balanga City Plaza. All are invited to witness this important event and together join in celebrating the City Fiesta of Balanga City. |
