Bataan dead rivers, dams resurrected after 15 years

The lahar xfilled irrigation dams and rivers in Dinalupihan were resurrected to life after 15 years of virtual death, Mayor Joel Payumo said Tuesday.

The young mayor, together with former SBMA chairman Felicito Payumo and local reporters, inspected the Pentor River that teemed with fish and a dam filled with water irrigating nearby rice paddies.
