Closing Rites of the English Proficiency Course for ANU Students |

Last February 10, 2006, the closing ceremonies for the English Proficiency Course for the 26 Mechanical Engineering students from Andong National University was held in the Dobaryuz Hall in the ICT Building of the BPSC Main Campus. The program started at 4:00 in the afternoon. Dr. Delfin O. Magpantay delivered a heart-warming speech for everyone especially to the Korean students who endured the one month English Proficiency Course. |
