The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Region 3 office through the Protected Area Management Board-Roosevelt Protected Landscape (PAMB-RPLS) and Green Asia Construction and Development Corp have signed an agreement which indicates that the 218-hectare land called Roosevelt Protected Landscape in Roosevelt, Dinalupihan will be industrialized. It will be named Integrated Ecotourism Development.

Apparently the Department of Education has issued DepEd Memorandum No.329 s. 2010 which states that there will be no more assignments or homework during weekends among elementary pupils to enjoy their childhood and spend time with their parents without being burdened by the thought of doing lots of homework. Thus positive and negative reactions were expressed regarding the said memo. |

The Morong Special Economic Zone which is situated in a 365-hectare land in Morong, Bataan was formerly the notable Philippine Refugee Processing Center (PRPC). The municipal government of Morong had renovated and improved the processing center and named it Bataan Technology Park. For 14 years, about 40,000 Vietnamese and Laotian refugees became residents of BTP. The newly developed park will be added to the tourist lures in the province of Bataan. |

Victoria Jasmin with Director Ronaldo Tiutico, Mr. Warner Andrada, and Mr. Erick Villapando are the officials from the Department of Tourism (DOT) who visited the province of Bataan to view the exquisite scenery of the newly developed Camaya coast. It was recognized by the Bataeños as "the Boracay of Bataan". The white sand, lucid waters, clean environment and modern facilities of the beach will surely attract tourists.

The City of Balanga is included in the list of 13 best rated bird watching sites in the Philippines. Bird census day happened in the City of Balanga as 14,899 various species of migratory birds flocked with foreign birds. The event was witnessed by the Wild Bird Club of the Philippines (WBCP) and Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), City employees and some students in coastal barangays of Sibacan, Tortugas and Puerto Rivas. |

Through the partnership of Public Employment Services Office (PESO) and the Software Ventures International (SVI) and a business process outsourcing (BPO) company, 150 residents are given job and they started their data encoding training. Eventually, they will be hired by a client of SVI.
