The remains of a destroyed World War II Japanese bomber plane call Tora-Tora and the skeletal remains of its pilot Sergent Toshishada Kurusawa has been found unexpectedly incompletely buried at the top of Mount Tarak located in the province Bataan. The remains of both Sergeant Kurusawa and his Tora-Tora plane were come upon by a team of Stone Kurusawa, a shared American and Japanese journey to search for the remains of American pilot Second Lieutenant Earl Stone. This journey project, called the "Great Discovery", was headed and begun in 2006 by American national Spike Nasmyth. |

Owners of Jatropha plantations is planning to put an additional fund worth of P20 million for the construction of access road and planting of fruit-bearing trees in Barangay Liyang, Pilar, Bataan. In addition to this, Mayor Charlie Pizarro of Pilar said that the owners will be expanding their plantations with the positive growth of their jatropha plant, known locally as tuba-tuba, which covers around 500 hectares that could generate hundreds if not thousands of job opportunities, and millions of pesos of fresh revenues in this investors friendly town. |
